Where we work
Engineering bets we have made and shipped. We are most useful in industries where regulation, low power, and reliability all matter at once.
ECG, EEG, smart rings, biopotential wearables, and clinical monitoring systems. IEC 62304 lifecycle, 510(k)-ready documentation, FDA cybersecurity controls.
Smart rings, watches, headsets, and biosensor wearables. PPG / SpO₂ / ECG / EEG signal pipelines tuned in production, multi-day battery in small form factors.
Fleet-grade ESP32 and Nordic devices on AWS IoT Core and Azure IoT Hub. Code-signed OTA, fleet provisioning, Device Shadow, IoT Jobs rollouts.
BLE-controlled lighting, audio, RV / camping accessories, and connected appliances. Cost-tuned BoM, certification-ready hardware, mobile companion apps.
Production BLE 5.x stacks, Wi-Fi, LoRa, NB-IoT, and LTE-M. Mesh, multi-peripheral gateways, and audio-over-BLE on Qualcomm QCC.
How we work
A simple, predictable process. Eight steps, no surprises, and a written deliverable at the end of every phase.
Free 30-min call. We listen, ask the technical questions, send a written summary in 48 hours.
Clear scope, timeline, budget range, and a risk register. Fixed-scope, milestone, or T&M.
System architecture, BoM target, certification path. Signed off before any code is written.
First working units. Firmware and hardware show the core experience end-to-end on real silicon.
First PCBA spin against production-intent hardware. Power, BLE, mechanicals, beta-tester experience.
Manufacturing tolerances locked. Regulatory testing runs — FCC / CE / IC / FDA as applicable.
Pilot production run, line bring-up, calibration fixtures, serial-number and certificate provisioning.
OTA fleet management, ongoing firmware updates, regulatory doc upkeep, and on-call response.

Our Partners & Clients
Verified, not anonymous
Every engagement we run sits behind a public, verifiable identity. Read the client reviews on the platforms below — every word is from a real client.
What US clients ask before they hire us
Straight answers about timezone overlap, regulatory readiness, IP protection, and the engagement model.
Yes. Our engineers schedule daily overlap with US business hours and have shipped 30+ projects for US companies. We are an Upwork Top Rated Plus agency and run weekly check-ins, async written updates, and recorded demos so the time difference is invisible to project progress.
Yes. We develop firmware in line with IEC 62304 software lifecycle expectations and have shipped ECG, EEG, smart ring, and AI-based biosignal devices. We deliver requirements traceability, verification evidence, and code that your regulatory partner can include in a 510(k) submission. We do not act as the regulatory submitter ourselves — we partner with your QA/RA consultant.
We ship production firmware on Nordic nRF52/nRF53, Espressif ESP32 (FreeRTOS and ESP-IDF), STM32, Qualcomm QCC, and ARM Cortex-M generally. On the connectivity side we cover BLE 5.x, Wi-Fi, LoRa, AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, and cellular IoT. See our Nordic nRF52 and ESP32 service pages for project examples.
We sign NDA and IP-assignment agreements before any engineering work begins, all source code is hosted in your repository, engineers commit to your accounts, and we follow a need-to-know access model. Every engineer has a verified Upwork identity, and we can provide background checks on request for medical or defense-adjacent work.
A discovery and prototyping engagement is typically 4–8 weeks. A full hardware + firmware + app development program runs 12–24 weeks depending on certification scope. We offer fixed-scope, milestone, and time-and-materials engagements. Most programs fall between $25k and $250k; we will give you a written estimate within 48 hours of a discovery call.
Two reasons. First, our senior engineers have shipped production firmware on Nordic, ESP32, Qualcomm, and TI silicon for US clients — the engineering quality bar is the same. Second, our blended rate is typically 40–60% lower than comparable US shops, which is the difference between a 3-month prototype and a year-long program for an early-stage product. We have shipped 30+ projects for US founders, and clients keep coming back; that is the trust signal you should weigh.
Yes. We cover concept, schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware, mobile app, cloud, DFM review, and manufacturing partner introductions. We have vetted PCBA, enclosure, and assembly partners in Vietnam and China and can manage cost, quality, lead time, and the EVT/DVT/PVT progression on your behalf.
